Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract. Work begins only under a signed statement of work that sets out scope, price, timeline and acceptance criteria.

Where those documents and this page disagree, the signed documents win.

Under our standard agreement, you own the intellectual property in everything we build for you, assigned from the first commit.

We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and internal frameworks, and grant you a licence to use them as part of the delivered work.

We stand behind our work and fix defects we introduce. Our total liability under any engagement is capped at the fees paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
