React.js Engineer

Work across React and Next.js product teams: design systems, server components, and the performance work that keeps Core Web Vitals green on real devices. Strong TypeScript is expected; accessibility is treated as part of the definition of done, not a later pass.

• Build product features in React and Next.js with server components where they help
• Grow and maintain the shared design system and its accessibility guarantees
• Keep Core Web Vitals green on real mid-range devices, not just in Lighthouse
• Pair with designers and backend engineers on API contracts and UI states
• Write tests that catch regressions without slowing the team down

• 2+ years of professional React experience with TypeScript
• Solid grasp of HTML semantics, CSS layout and WCAG 2.2 basics
• Experience with Next.js routing, data fetching and caching
• Comfort with Git workflows, code review and CI pipelines
• Curiosity about performance and how the browser actually renders
