Senior React Native Engineer

Build and ship cross-platform apps for fintech and healthcare clients. You will own release trains across the App Store and Play Store, drive native module work where the bridge is not enough, and keep cold-start and crash-free rates inside the targets we commit to contractually.

• Own features end to end across iOS and Android, from technical design to store release
• Write native modules in Swift or Kotlin where the React Native bridge falls short
• Keep cold-start time, crash-free sessions and bundle size inside agreed targets
• Run release trains, staged rollouts and over-the-air update policy
• Review code and mentor engineers on the mobile guild

• 4+ years building production apps, 2+ of them in React Native
• Strong TypeScript and a working knowledge of Swift or Kotlin
• Shipped and maintained apps on both the App Store and Play Store
• Comfortable profiling with Flipper, Xcode Instruments or Android Studio
• Clear written communication with clients and teammates
